About the author:
Melvin D. Banggollay is a native of Saliok, Natonin, Moutain Province, Philippines but presently residing at Tabuk, Kalinga, Philippines. He is a local poet writing in English, Tagalog, Ilokano, Kalinga and maducayan dialect. He had not published formally any of his literary pieces except in the internet and some local radio program in his province. Currently employed as a senior specialist at the Department of Trade and Industry, Province of Kalinga.
