Darkness

Creepy things
lurk in the darkness,
on a moonless
summer night.

The wind howls,
animals hide
from a danger
that is near.

Red yes
peer through the
misty dark woods,
a creature
unknown to man.

It leaves branches
on trees broken,
dead animals
lying around,
nobody knows
what it is,
it lurks in
the darkness.
