Racism

They walked down the street
minding their own business,
suddenly they were
being called names,
they didn't do anything,
just because they were
of a different race,
didn't mean people
had cause to pick on them.

They were friendly,
outgoing individuals,
people didn't see them
for the kindness,
just for their color.

They went to the school everyday,
kids were cruel as well,
they didn't have any friends,
just eachother to depend on,
they had to leave town
and get back to their
own kind,
never to move
to another twon again.
