Magic Of Winter

Magic Of Winter
12/18/97

To our surprise,Heaven dropped a little Holiday delight.
The magic of winter brought falling snow.
Fields white, not a footprint in sight. Beauty was awesome.
Excitement hit the heart, let's build a snowman.
With magic of winter, children at play,They'll resurrect a snowman.
A fat big tummy, firm round head and eyes of coal.
He can't speak a word, nor move not an inch.
He stands alone,in the falling snow.
His name never changes,he must be the same man.
We'll call him, "Frosty" the snowman.
Though he's a man of ice, he melts the hearts of thoughts passing by.
He gives joy in remembering, snow and play filled days.
He can't stay long for with the smile of the sun,he must go.
With the magic of winter, children at play,
He'll be back next year.
He'll stand in the falling snow.
