The Lake (Ghazal)

Sitting down by the lake
Where I like to eat steak.

I watch the gulls fly by
And tease them with my cake.

I put my feet in the water
Got bitten by a snake.

Watch the fish swim quickly
As I start to shake.

The water feels extremely cold
As I sit here and eat my cake.
