Into The Fray

Horizon, soar, rock

~

She walked thru the streets

of SoHo city

between the steps of her feet

She heard as they chanted
~

She heard them say, again and again

What's Happening'

Unshakable she said with a grin

Its party time somebody begin

~

Look at that horizon, the sunset

As the party starts to rock

And you can bet

~

While the music starts to be come a roar

heart A pounding, My emotions of passion

starting to soar

~

My mind spinning out of sight

The neighborhood coming alive

NYC in the middle of night

~

Velvety black dotted skies,

With all kinds of glamorous lights

Listen you can hear the sighs

~

Getting louder and louder

Until the night burst

~

night dissolves into twilight

then to dawn, and day

To each their delight

~

Off they go into the fray

To jobs everywhere

Born is another day
