Our "DAY"
Tiger....amazing..... black
~
I looked up at the sky,
It was no longer blue,
But now it was like a black hole.
Black was its hue.
~
Showing the kids the zoo,
Our first day at the park,
Watching monkeys and tigers, too.
But now it was so dark.
~
And only afternoon,
Amazing how fast,
The rains come soon,
Me on crutches and my foot in a cast.
~
We step inside to keep from getting wet,
Getting
Thunder and lightning.
The kids say, "Mom, come on ...we have deer to pet."
~
So, it was our day at the petting zoo.
