Living In A World That Doesn't Care!

Everywhere I look,
Everything I hear,
The hungry are still hungry,
The dying are still dying.

Living in a world that doesn't care,
Tears at the very fabric of my being.

Money is being spent....
No, thrown away on things
That are not important.

Lives are being ripped apart,
Souls are being stolen
By the Devils hiding behind
A highly built brick wall.

People are being pushed
To the brink of insanity.

But, do the people
That wear their expensive
Suits and ties
Care about what is going on around them?

No, I think not.

The only thing that the Devils care about....
Is the fortune
That they are sitting upon.

The richer get richer,
The poorer get poorer,
And where does that leave
The poor souls that are being snuffed out?

Dead....
Left on the side of the road
Collecting dust,
Instead of being sent back
To where they came from.

Everyone on this Earth
Has every right to live,
Whether they be young or old.

Living in a world that doesn't care.

Or does it?
